Dr McGlade and staff were absolutely outstanding. Helped me diagnose and treat my complex and rare condition. Pelvic Congestion Syndrome. I’m a nurse, so I did my research on Dr. McGlade. He is well respected in the medical community and an absolute gem to work with. The staff was more than accommodating and reassuring. I can’t thank them enough for putting up with me. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and experience.
Horribly disorganized. Staff, when you are physically there, are usually very nice. But I can't get past the lack of follow up and returned calls. Waited over an hour after my initial appointment time and froze in a gown in a very cold room. Staff was nice, so I let it go. Called to fup on an US that was ordered, the receptionist can't find me in the system and asks me if I have the right clinic. I get passed to other staff to "find me". Horrible Experience with Dr. McGlade. My wife was referred to him and after waiting for two plus weeks for an appt. we went to AVC for a first appt. He was quite impressive telling us how AVC was founded to provide better care that Peacehealth. He to my wife she needed to get right in to a wound clinic and that he would make the referral and follow-up. Basically, that's the last that we heard from him. Very kind/caring staff, arrived close to 25 minutes before my appointment and was seen within 10 minutes.
Grade A plus five star facility. So Professional yet down-to-earth and explain everything. I have never been treated with more dignity. Best facility I've ever been in medically.
